Delivery and Digital Content Access Terms

These Delivery and Digital Content Access Terms govern the delivery and access conditions applicable to online courses, mini-courses, digital materials, live training sessions, workshops, events, individual and group NeuroGraphica coaching sessions, and related services offered by Chernik Art through chernikart.com.

Before completing a purchase, the relevant product or service page will provide information regarding the main features, price, scope, start date where applicable, access period, and any specific delivery or access conditions.

2. Delivery of Digital Products and Courses

Online courses, mini-courses, recorded lessons, PDFs, worksheets, and other digital content purchased through Chernik Art are not delivered by physical shipment or courier.

Following successful payment and, where necessary, confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider, access to purchased content may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • The user's Chernik Art account
  • An online learning platform
  • The order confirmation page
  • An access link sent by email
  • Another electronic method specified on the relevant product or service page

Digital content is considered delivered when electronic access to the relevant content has been made available to the user or when the required access information has been sent to the user.

3. Access Time and Access Period

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course or product page, access to digital content is provided following successful confirmation of payment.

In some cases, an order may require additional verification by the payment provider, bank, security system, or fraud prevention system. In such cases, access will be provided after the relevant verification has been completed.

If a course has a specified start date, access may begin on that stated date.

Where a course or digital product has a limited access period, the applicable period will be stated on the relevant course or product page before purchase.

4. User Account and Email Information

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the email address and other required contact information provided during the purchase process are correct and accessible.

Where a digital learning account is required, the user must keep login credentials secure and must not share them with third parties.

If access information cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete email address was provided, the Buyer should contact Chernik Art.

Necessary corrections may be made following order or identity verification where technically possible.

5. Online Courses and Mini-Courses

When an online course or mini-course is purchased, electronic access to the relevant course content is provided after successful payment and any required verification procedures.

If a specific start date is stated in the course description, access may begin on that date.

Where a course has a specific access period, that period will be stated on the relevant product or course page before purchase.

Where the term “lifetime access” or a similar expression is used, it means access for as long as the relevant course content and Chernik Art platform continue to be actively maintained and made available.

6. Live Online Training

For live online training sessions, group sessions, or workshops, the following information will be provided on the relevant product or service page or communicated electronically before the event:

  • Training or event date
  • Start time
  • Online platform to be used
  • Participation link
  • Any required preparation or materials

The Buyer is responsible for providing the internet connection, suitable device, and technical equipment required to participate in the online session.

7. In-Person Workshops and Events

The date, time, and location of in-person workshops, training sessions, or events will be stated on the relevant event page or in the confirmation sent after booking.

If a specific workshop or event is held at another venue, the actual location will be stated before purchase, on the relevant event page, or in the participation confirmation.

Participants are responsible for arriving at the stated venue at the specified start time.

8. Individual and Group NeuroGraphica Coaching Sessions

Individual and group NeuroGraphica coaching sessions may be provided by advance appointment or reservation.

The date and time of an individual session will be agreed according to availability and confirmed to the Buyer by email, telephone, or another agreed communication channel.

For group sessions, the relevant date, time, group capacity, and other important participation information will be provided before booking or following confirmation of the reservation.

For online coaching sessions, the participation link or other access information will be sent before the scheduled session.

9. Physical Product Delivery

Chernik Art's current online courses, digital materials, and coaching services do not require physical shipment.

If physical products are offered in the future, the delivery method, any shipping fee, estimated delivery period, and other relevant delivery conditions will be stated separately on the applicable product page before purchase.

10. Payment and Delivery Confirmation

Access to a product or service is provided only after payment has been successfully completed or approved by the authorized payment service provider.

Digital content access may not be activated for failed, cancelled, unverified, or bank- or payment-provider-declined transactions.

After an order has been completed, the Buyer may receive an electronic order or payment confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information so that order confirmations and access information can be delivered.

11. Payments in Different Currencies

Chernik Art products and services may be displayed and charged in Turkish Lira or other available currencies depending on the payment methods enabled on the website.

The final amount and currency payable by the Buyer are displayed on the checkout or payment page before the payment is completed.

Any exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, currency conversion charge, or similar fee applied by the card-issuing bank or financial institution is subject to that institution's terms and is outside Chernik Art's control.

12. Technical Problems

If the Buyer is unable to access purchased digital content because of a technical problem caused by Chernik Art, the Buyer may contact us and provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number, if available
  • Name of the purchased course or service
  • Order date
  • A brief description of the issue

Chernik Art will take reasonable steps to restore access or resolve the relevant technical issue.

If the technical problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period and the relevant service cannot be provided, the matter will be assessed in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

13. Sharing Access Information

Access rights to purchased digital content and courses are personal to the purchaser.

The Buyer may not share usernames, passwords, lesson links, or other personal access information with third parties.

Where unauthorized sharing or distribution of content is detected, access to the relevant account may be restricted or terminated in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and law.

14. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund conditions are governed by the following documents and applicable law:

Where digital content is provided immediately in electronic form, or where a service begins before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period at the Consumer's request or with any required consent, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

If Chernik Art cancels a paid course, workshop, event, or coaching session and no suitable alternative can be provided, payment for the affected unprovided service will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy .

Where Chernik Art materially changes the date of a scheduled event or coaching session and the Buyer does not accept the new date, refund conditions for the unprovided service will be applied in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
