2. Course Purchases and Payments

The final amount and currency to be charged are displayed to the customer before the payment is completed.

Where a course is described as providing “lifetime access” or similar access, this means access for as long as the relevant course content and the Chernik Art platform continue to be actively maintained and made available.

4. Rights and Restrictions

Purchasing a course or digital product grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the purchased content solely for your own educational purposes.

  • Sell or sublicense course materials.
  • Upload course content to social media, video platforms, file-sharing services, or other public platforms.

Unauthorized use or distribution of course content may result in the restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the relevant content.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

7. Workshops, Events and Coaching Sessions

Live workshops, events, individual NeuroGraphica coaching sessions, and group NeuroGraphica coaching sessions may require advance registration or booking and may have limited availability.

If Chernik Art cancels a workshop, event, or session, registered participants will be informed and, where appropriate, an alternative date may be offered.

If no suitable alternative can be provided, payment for the relevant unprovided service may be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant refund conditions.

If Chernik Art materially changes the date of an event or session and the participant does not accept the new date, payment relating to the unused service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant refund conditions.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Chernik Art courses, NeuroGraphica practices, workshops, individual and group coaching sessions, and other materials are provided for educational, creative, and personal development purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
